3 Ingredient Protein Skinny Waffles
Ingredients
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Scoop of your favorite protein powder (you can use less if you like your waffles more moist)
  • Optional – dash of cinnamon
  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend thoroughly, adding air to the mix is good.
  3. Spray waffle iron with cooking spray.
  4. Pour into preheated waffle iron, be careful not to overfill.
  5. When the steam coming from the iron reduces, check to see if waffle is done.
  6. . *Be vigilant. The waffles can burn easily. When checking to see if the waffle is done, only open the waffle iron slightly, look to see if it’s sticking. If it’s still pale and sticking, keep cooking. Check frequently.
  7. Carefully remove the waffle with a fork, remember that they’re somewhat delicate.
  8. Enjoy!
